Bright Sparks
The Bright Spark 2016 winning idea was the Green Garden Library entry. Our site services managers will be working with estates to ensure the project it implemented over the summer break ready for the next academic year.
Apprentice Sessions
Along with librarians at Cavendish we’ve been working to support Apprentices who are working here at UoW. Our Apprentices Work 4 days at UoW and spend one day a week at college, they are expected to take part in research projects and so we have been delivering research skills sessions for them.
Kate Squire and Aaron Shakespeare recently attended a Post-92 London Libraries event at the University of Greenwich to present on this collaboration. The topic of the event was Library provision for special groups.
